This is the first song that i've worked out from scratch w/o ref to existing chords, so i very thick-skinned and put my name at the end!!

ne way, this song is quite tough and i took many days to figure it out.
i think the actual key is D so i also transposed and will post it below.
As usual, any mistakes/comments pls post!

If my guitar is in tune, this should be the original key.

I just played it a few times.... cool~~~ I think the original key is E key which is what you posted the second time.

Playing this song with guitar sounds very nice too!! :lol: I'll let you know if I have any suggestions.

i found a mistake in the original key version, change E/G to E/G# (now highlighted in green in my 2nd post)

hmm, I am a bit confused....

I was meaning that the second set of chords is the right key, but is it because chorus part is D key + the last chord is D, so the song is considered as in D key? Or it is always the melody that determines the key of the song? 0:)

yes , i agree the second set of chords is the right key
i think determining what key is it depends on the melody it uses, the melody fit the D scale ,so i think is D key(my opinion) 0:)
